Do you offer open play?

A: Yes! Open play hours right now as we figure out our niche hours are from M-F 9am-6pm

How long is the open play?

A: Each reservation online or in person is for a 2-hour window. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reservation to get the most out of your play time.

Do you take credit cards and cash?

A: Yes we accept cash/credit cards and debit cards.

What is your policy on sick babies?

A: If you made reservations and anyone in your family or party is sick or contagious please call us and we can reschedule your paid reservations for another time. We understand kids get sick and we have flexibility around rescheduling.

Do we need socks at your indoor facility?

A: Yes socks for adults and kids are mandatory but we don't require our socks, any socks are fine. We sell socks for $3.00

Do you offer Birthday Parties?

A: Yes! We offer weekday, and fully private parties on the weekends. Message us for more information.

Do you offer a refund if I can't make my open play reservation?

A: No unfortunately we don't allow any refunds if other plans/schedule conflicts arise. 

Can I bring my own food in for a birthday party or crock pots?

A: Yes!  You can bring your own food and crock pots to keep food warm.

Can I bring my own party decorations/table toppers?

A: Yes! We encourage that and table covers. We just do not allow glitter from clothes, or loose glitter. That is not allowed.

Can I bring a pinata?

A: Unfortunately  no, we don't have space or the proper equipment for a pinata. 

What is the age group for the indoor facility?​

A: Any ages 7 and under are ideal. But we welcome any child of any age or spectrum.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

A: No just baby formula. 

How do you sanitize your toys/facility?

A:  We constantly walk around and reset stations/houses and sanitize everything with Force of Nature cleaners. They are all natural and non toxic. Safe to spray around babies and it kills 99.9% of germs.

Do you offer memberships?

A: Yes! Memberships are available and contract free and cancel free. Check our membership page for more info. 

Do you have snacks/coffee for purchase?

A: Yes, we sell light snacks and coffee from our Keurig. 

 

Do you charge for kids that are only two months or adults?

A:  We only charge for kids that play, so if a child is able to play, they pay. The first two adults per child are free. Other additional adults with child are $5/ extra​. Babies 6 months and younger we do not charge.

If I give a deposit towards a party, is it refundable If I need to cancel my party?

-No. If we take a deposit for a specific date, we take the date and reserve it for your specific time/date and may potentially lose other bookings because of that. All deposits are non-refundable.​

What if I'm not sure on a final head count for my party? Can I pay the difference the day of?

A: Yes! We will always do a final head count the day of!
